Thank you for your Alaska CTA State Examination registration!
You have attested that you have met the requirements as either, a CTA Program enrollee who has completed your study with minimum of seven (7) days of program ownership or a currently employed Alaska clinical assistant with over 2000 hours of experience. If this is incorrect, please contact us at info@ctaprogram.com for further assistance.
Please Note: If you chose not to enroll in the CTA Program, using your 2000+ hours of experience, you must submit attestation by emailing info@ctaprogram.com with the completed CTA Clinical Experience Performance Report.
The testing format you have selected is online (live video proxy). This means you will be proctored via a live video proxy website using your webcam and audio feed from start to finish of your exam session.

Taking Your Alaska CTA Examination
To take your Exam, you must first be logged in to your CTAprogram.com account. If you are not logged, the Exam will not be accessible during your ProctorFree session.
Once you have set up your ProctorFree account, login to your CTA account and use these step-by-step instructions for taking your exam at your convenience.
- You will need your valid Driver’s License or photo ID to present on camera during the authentication process of your Online Exam.
- Once your Exam begins, you will have 1.5 hours to complete the test.
You have the ability to take your exam at the day and time of your choosing, but we recommend that you take the exam no later than 30 days from the completion of your CTA Program for best results. Whether proctored in-person or online, students are expected to adhere to ethical test-taking guidelines.
It is important to choose a quiet location for your Exam that is well-lit, where you will not be disturbed by others, including pets, and any devices other than the one on which you are taking the Exam. This is to ensure no anomalies are caused during your Exam which would cause it to be invalid.
Examinees must not receive any type of assistance and may not communicate with anyone during the exam. Examinees must not have access to any other electronic devices other than the computer on which they are taking the exam, and they may not leave the examination website during testing. All other devices must be turned off or removed from the testing area during the exam. Examinees are also not permitted to leave the room during their online Exam, or else the Exam is considered invalid. Examinees may not copy, memorize, or reproduce any portion of the exam.
Failure to abide by these requirements will deem the student’s exam score invalid and risk further consequences, if warranted. The CTA Program reserves the right to require retesting in the event any unethical behavior or anomaly is detected.
Alaska CTA Examination Exit Process
Immediately after submitting your final answer on your online exam, you will be directed to complete a CTA Exit Form to provide you with critical information for completing the steps for Alaska Chiropractic Clinical Assistant Certification through the CTA Program and maintaining a certification in good-standing. Through this process, you will be provided with downloadable PDFs of important forms and more information regarding your clinical experience requirement.
Getting Your Results
As soon as your exam answers and proctored session have been reviewed, you will receive email notification of your exam score (typically within 72 business hours). Additionally, CTA Program will email instructions regarding obtaining your CCA Certificate.
