Full programs must be issued to a single individual. Online Only Programs must be ordered online due to account set-up requirements. Online course components are accessible for one year from the date of enrollment. No refunds will be given for any program, no exceptions; however, programs may be transferred to another recipient within thirty (30) days of the purchase date upon verification of materials (if applicable) and transfer fee of $25. Documentation must be submitted to CTA signed by all parties involved (transferor, transferee, and supervising doctor) ensuring that the prior student will no longer be using the materials and/or seeking certification/licensure using the original program. Programs can be transferred only once.
